There are hundreds of apps to chose from. There is no cost to try an any QuickBooks Online app. Your company’s information will sync back and forth  automatically between QBO and the app saving time without the need to enter the same details in different places. Here’s how it works.

Step-by-step instructions

Go to the Apps Page

At the home screen, select Apps tab on the left navigation bar.

Explore Apps Available

Select categories and browse the available apps.. You may also sort Apps as Featured, Newest and Top Rated.

To learn more about a specific app, click on it and choose Learn More.

Learn More Menu

Click the Learn More menu, to check out details about various QuickBooks apps.

For example, in the About section, you can learn about about the app’s functions, features and more. You can also view videos.



The Reviews section, has app reviews from other users. You can also inspect ratings summaries.


The Pricing section, has the pricing details for the app, including different plans, prices, users and details offered for the app.


The Support section, contains contact information and links so that you can reach out for technical support included with your subscription. You’ll also find several links to frequently asked questions.

Add and Authorize App

 When you decide you want an app, just click on the “Get App Now” button on the right side of the screen. The app will, connect seamlessly with QuickBooks Online and launch straight from your account.

Click Authorize to securely share your data with the app.
