Insightful Accountant first told you about Intuit’s intent to purchase Mailchimp in September of last year, reporting that the acquisition was completed in November. This past March, we featured CRM aspects of Mailchimp, and also discussed the existing and developing integrations with QuickBooks.
In that feature, we told you that “Mailchimp is one of the best small- to mid-sized platforms available from an email marketing standpoint. The real benefit is that Mailchimp and QuickBooks Online undoubtedly will enhance the marketing function of any SMB that chooses to integrate the two platforms.”
Well, Intuit has recognized that Mailchimp is a perfect way for QuickBooks ProAdvisors to grow their own firms, and that it can provide enhanced marketing for a ProAdvisors’ firm in ways never before available through the QuickBooks ProAdvisor Program.
As such, Intuit has launched the Mailchimp ProAdvisor Benefit. This new benefit—available only to Gold, Platinum and Elite QuickBooks ProAdvisors within the US—offers:
- 15% Off Mailchimp Paid (Essentials, Standard and Premium) Plans
- A Free Plan that includes upgraded support (beyond 30-days of Chat and Email)
These benefits can be accessed from the ProAdvisor tab within QuickBooks Online Accountant by Gold, Platinum and Elite QuickBooks ProAdvisors within the US.
In addition, the following resources are available to QuickBooks ProAdvisors regarding Mailchimp:
These resources are designed to help you learn more about Mailchimp and how it can work with QuickBooks.
