QuickBooks, I stumbled onto a new button. It is always fun seeing and exploring new tech as it arises. This new button can be found at the top on the customer and vendor pages, which allows you to meet directly with your client, vendors and customers in QuickBooks Online. I only see this for new QuickBooks subscriptions.

The software used for these meetings—Accelerate—is Intuit-owned. While only the beta version is available right now, this is a game-changer for meetings. You can click the icon directly inside QuickBooks Online or use it as a stand-alone product.

Accelerate takes notes for you during the active meeting

Technology amazes me. It will even highlight action items throughout the call. There are buttons at the bottom of the meeting panel so you can collect contact information, take payment and download the report from the meeting.

Once your call is over, you can download the report as a PDF or export it as a Google Doc and disperse it to your team.

Over the next few weeks, I will be testing this new app out and will update you on how it goes.
