What is the difference between Quickbooks Online for Mac and Quickbooks Online for windows?

Just realized there is a “Quickbooks online for Mac” touted as “designed for Macs by Mac Users”.  How is this different from Quickbooks online for windows?  Does Quickbooks Online Accountant access these company files as well as the Windows versions?
