QuickBooks continues to make client collaboration easier. If you haven’t checked out the Books review section in QuickBooks Online, this is a great opportunity to check it out. We all have those clients where some of their transactions have us scratching our heads.
As a result, we have to draft an email, and ask the questions and gather information about that individual transaction, which can drain away valuable working time.
There is a newly added feature that allows you to collaborate with your clients from the transaction review tab.
If there is a transaction you are uncertain about or have questions on, you can ask the client directly—from the transaction level—by checking the transaction and clicking on “Ask Client.” Once this request is created, it is sent off to the client. This improves both the client experience and your productivity.
When the client receives and fills out the information, you will receive a notification and can review the added information in Books Review. This helps keep your questions top of mind and easy to access.
