What Does the Attachment Screen Show?

The Attachments screen shows all attachments that have been saved to your QBO file. The columns include thumbnail, type, size, date uploaded, where the attachment is linked, note about the attachment. The last column is the action column. The gear icon allows you to eliminate some columns and to change the number of rows to display per screen. The width of the columns can be changed.

Where Is the Lists Menu?

To find the list menu in QuickBooks Online, you can click the Gear icon at the upper right of the screen, then select Lists. Just click the list that you want to view, such as Chart of Accounts, or Products and Services.
